Cuba Property Claims Registry
Your family's property in Cuba, documented and proven.
BB2G gathers the deeds, photographs and family memory, seals every document so it can't be altered, finds everyone connected to the claim, and keeps every step moving until the file is ready for an attorney.
Sources: U.S. Department of Justice, FCSC; 22 U.S.C. § 6082. The interest figure is our estimate: certified principal plus 6% simple interest from 1960 to today. Most Cuban-American families were not eligible to file with the FCSC, so their losses are not in these totals.
How it works
Five steps from a box of papers to a verified file
Each step is done with you, in Spanish or English. You always see what is missing, who is responsible for it, and when it is due.
Who owned it, where it was, and when it was taken. Old province names are fine.
Every deed, photo and letter gets a digital fingerprint the moment it is added.
Relatives who filed separately, other claims on the same land, and who uses it today.
Records requests and declarations are prepared for you, and every reply is tracked.
A complete evidence package that anyone can check has not been changed.
